The trip

Among italian regional cuisine, the venetian one shines for its flavors and variety; a cuisine whose dishes and traditions are expression of its history.”Risi e bisi”, “bigoli con l’anatra”, “baccalà alla vicentina”, “faraona con salsa pevarada”, “radicchio con sopressa”…some of you are already hungry, aren’t you? And what about all the wines this land can offer? Its quantity and quality is granted by its 25 DOC and 13 DOCG. Get ready for an emotional and exquisite trip, made by special ingredients…we’ll guide you through the discovery of this amazing territory, getting you familiar with its agricultural traditions, its tastes and flavors.


DAY 1: Arrival in Venice and check-in. First taste of Italy with a dinner at a cozy Osteria close to the hotel with typical location and food. Back to the accommodation and overnight stay.

DAY 2:  Morning dedicated to the guided visiti of Venice with a motorboat. Free lunch. In the afternoon, wine tasting with a gastronomic guide that will make you taste some of the typical wines. Dinner at a restaurant and overnight stay.

DAY 3:  Day dedicated to the cooking class: in the morning, visit at Rialto Market to buy the products that you will use for our dishes; after the visit, a private chef will teach you how to prepare some venetian specialties. Lunch with the dishes prepared. Free afternoon. Dinner at a local osteria and overnight stay.

DAY 4: Transfer with a private taxi to Treviso. Here, you will visit a dairy and you will have lunch with their typical product. In the afternoon, second wine tasting of our journey with a gastronomic guide. Return to Venice, dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 5: Private transfer to Verona. Check-in. Guided visit of the city, while tasting some Verona delicacies.

DAY 6: Day dedicated to the discover of the territory and its product. In the morning we will visit a rice mill famous for its rice Vialone Nano Dop, tasting it in its different receipts for lunch. In the afternoon you will have a wine tasting, focused on the Prosecco.

DAY 7: Breakfast, check out and end of services.
