Palermo and its Flavors - Short Break
Palermo has ancient origins and you can breathe its centuries-old history just by walking in his streets and admiring his artistic beauties. Its gastronomic traditions are excellent too: the great cuisine varieties you can find here manage to fuse perfectly, giving life to peculiar dishes, with unique flavors and scents, that only a crossroad city like Palermo can offer.
DAY 1: Check-in in Palermo. In the afternoon, guided visit of the city. Our first gastronomic experience will be an Italian must…pizza!!! It will be served in his gourmet version, made with organic flour.
DAY 2: Guided tour and tasting among the shops in Ballarò to know the Historic Market and his typical products. With the products bought here, we’ll have a private cooking class to learn how to cook some typical dishes and to taste them!
DAY 3: Day dedicated to the discovery of local gastronomy with an expert guide, who will show us some of Sicily unique flavors in his own cookery. Tasting of typical products.
