The trip
Seven days in Sicily to discover the food and wine traditions of this amazing land, visiting two of the most important cities of the region: Palermo and Catania. Food and wine tastings, cooking classes, culinary trips among restaurants and local markets and much more are waiting for you in this touristic package.

DAY 1: Arrival at Palermo Airport. A private taxi will bring you to the scheduled hotel in Palermo to check-in. The first gastronomic experience will be the dinner: we start with an Italian must: Pizza!.. in its gourmet version, made with organic flour .
DAY 2: Day dedicated to the visit of the city, with a local tour guide. Free exploration of the city and dinner in a typical restaurant.
DAY 3: Visit of Ballarò Market to discover and taste the local products sold here. In the afternoon, cooking class and dinner with the dishes prepared. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 4: A private transfer will bring you to your hotel in Catania to check-in. Afternoon dedicated to the free exploration of the city and to go shopping. Dinner in a local restaurant with typical dishes.
DAY 5: Day dedicated to a wine tour that will bring you in the territories near Etna to taste some of the local wines, while enjoying some amazing landscapes. Return to Catania and dinner with a street food experience.
DAY 6: New cooking class. Subject of the day? Pastry making. A private chef will guide you through the explanation and preparation of some of the typical Sicily desserts. In the evening, dinner in a traditional restaurant.
DAY 7: After breakfast, a private taxi will bring you to Catania Airport to conclude your journey.
